Discussion on the teaching of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine tumor course#br# |

Abstract The incidence of malignant tumor is increasing year by year in China, which is the primary cause of death of residents, and the situation of tumor prevention and control is grim. The tumor prevention and treatment comprehensive model of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine has been widely recognized in China, and a large number of specialized doctors of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine are urgently needed. However, the basic education and teaching program of traditional Chinese and Western medicine specialty can not adapt to the development of this specialty. Colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine should adjust their teaching mode in time and adopt specialized teaching suitable for the practical operation of the oncology specialty of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine at present. This paper describes how to improve the teaching quality and level of integrated Chinese and Western medicine tumor course from the aspects of optimizing teaching coursesfrom three aspects of optimizing teaching courses, cultivating evidence-based medicine thinking, expanding teaching ideas and developing diversified teaching modes,in order to cultivate more high-quality talents of integrated Chinese and Western medicine cancer prevention and treatment under the new situation.
