WANG Baiyun1 YANG Liu2 LIU Guoliang2 PIAO Chengyu3 LI Qingwei2 XUE Hui2 LIU Bin2
Objective To reveal the regulation mechanism of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on APP/PS1 double transgenic mice based on metabolomics. Methods An animal model of Alzheimer′s disease was replicated in 20 APP/PS1 double transgenic mice. APP/PS1 double transgenic mice were randomly divided into two groups: model group and Buyang Huanwu Decoction group (9.26 g/kg). Ten healthy BALB/c mice were selected as control group. Buyang Huanwu Decoction group orally administrated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction, control group and model group were given the same volume of normal saline. Water maze behavior part tested the learning and memory ability of mice after 35 days′ intragastric administration. Then, the urine metabolites profiling analysis was conducted based on the high-throughput liquid chromatography mass spectrometry. The key metabolic enzymes or metabolic pathways in the course of disease development were traced by terminal metabolites, focusing on the pathogenesis of APP/PS1 double transgenic mice and the mechanism of Buyang Huanwu Decoction. Results In the Morris space exploration experiment, compared with the blank group, the number of platform crossing in the model group was significantly reduced (P < 0.05), the number of platform crossing in the Buyang Huanwu Decoction group was significantly increased (P < 0.05), and the residence time in the target quadrant was significantly increased (P < 0.05). In the space positioning navigation experiment, the escape latency of Buyang Huanwu Decoction group was significantly shorter than that of model group (P < 0.05). Through further analysis of urine metabolic trajectory, it was found that the urine of mice in each group was clustered well, and the separation between blank group and model group was obvious, while Buyang Huanwu Decoction group was located between the two groups. Through the contribution analysis of larger difference ion, it was found that lipid metabolism and lipid metabolism were mainly distributed in sphingolipids. The above metabolic pathways showed a significant callback trend after supplementing Buyang Huanwu Decoction. Four biomarkers with abnormal metabolism were identified by high resolution mass spectrometry. They were arachidonate acid, sphingosine, L-palmitoyl carnitine and glycerophosphocholine. Through online analysis of the metastadata data processing platform Metaboanalyst 4.0, it was known that it mainly involved two metabolic pathways, namely sphingolipid metabolism and arachidonic acid metabolism. Conclusion Buyang Huanwu Decoction has obvious effects on Alzheimer′s disease mice, which can effectively improve the learning and memory ability. Regulation of amino acid metabolism and energy conversion may be key mechanisms for its regulation of Alzheimer′s disease.

30 Research progress on post-stroke depression
CHEN Shun PANG Tao▲
Post-stroke depression (PSD) is the most common mental health problem, accounting for approximately 33% of stroke survivors. PSD has a negative impact on post-stroke rehabilitation, leading to cognitive deficits and a significant increase in neurovascular recurrence. Biological and psychological factors have been shown to play an important role in PSD. Risk factors and predictors of PSD have been found to be of concern in screening and diagnosis, but no corresponding testing tools have been developed. According to the patient′s basic conditions and response characteristics, drug treatment should be selected, and the importance of psychotherapy also should be emphasized. This article is based on the existing research on PSD prediction, screening and treatment, and provides reference for future related research.

35 Advances in microenvironment of chronic myelogenous leukemia stem cells and their response to drug therapy
HE Ling1,2 ZHANG Xiaoyan3 YANG Yazhi2 LI Jian2▲
Chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) is a malignant myeloproliferative disease. With the use of chemotherapy drugs such as tyrosine kinase, improve its clinical remission rate, but drug resistance is up to 15 percent and rising every year. It was found that residual leukemia stem cells (LSCs) in bone marrow microenvironment (BM) play an important role in the acquisition of drug resistance in patients with chronic myelogenous leukemia. LSCs secrete certain cytokines, which play a role in remodeling BM and establishing protective “niches”. Among them, the cytokine CCL3 in the microenvironment can recruit Nestin+ mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) to form a protective “niche” to shelter LSCs; then TGF-β1 converts MSCs Nestin+ to -SMA +MSCs, becoming a mature “niche” protecting LSCs. Thereby tolerating the killing of chemotherapy drugs, leading to disease recurrence. On the other hand, the bone marrow microenvironment can cause abnormalities in the signaling pathways of LSCs, epigenetic changes, and increased activity of transmembrane transport proteins through a variety of mechanisms, resulting in the “monitoring” of LSCs to escape the immune system. This article reviews the BM and LSCs mediated chronic myelogenous leukemia drug resistance.

43 Resaerch progress in the relationship between human papillomavirus infection and male reproductive health
ZHOU Qing LIU Shuaimei ZHANG Ruijin SHI Hui LIN Ning WU Yulin XU Haoqin
Human papillomavirus (HPV) infection is common in the population and is one of the common sexually transmitted diseases. HPV-DNA may exist on the epithelium of male and female reproductive organs, which may affect human reproductive health. Male HPV infection is associated with reproductive health problems such as abnormal semen parameters, impacting sperm DNA integrity, reducing assisted reproductive pregnancy rate, the production of anti-sperm antibodies and the formation of reproductive organ tumors. Therefore, some measures should be taken to reduce HPV infection rate and improve reproductive health, including HPV vaccination, correct use of condoms and reducing sexual partners.

47 Advances in the study of the mechanism of resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii to antibiotics
MU Peng1 HU Fangfang2 YUAN Jun1,3▲
Acinetobacter baumannii (Ab) is an important pathogens responsible for hospital-acquired infections, it is the undoubtedly one of the most successful pathogens responsible for the patients with a defective or low immune system or the ill patients in the ICU. The mechanism of multidrug resistance of 1Ab is mainly related to the hydrolysis of ndogenous enzymes to antibiotics. The reduction of affinity of antibiotics to target caused by changes in the target of agents that under the regulate of the modified enzyme. Excretion of antibiotic mediated by over-expression of efflux pump and abnormal structure of cell wall porin. The reduction of antibiotic sensitivity mediated by membrane potential abnormality that caused by permeability defect of cytomembrane. Changes of antibiotic targets. The decrease of sensitivity of antibiotics to targets mediated by changes of cell wall composition. Drug resistance mediated by enzymes dysfunction and protein synthesis abnormality that caused by insertion or deletion of endogenous or exogenous genes. In the review, we summarize current studies that contribute to the mechanism of multidrug resistance in Ab by utilizing the mechanism of various antibiotics and the virulence factors of Ab.

The diagnostic efficacy of BDNF, CA125 and combined detection in the diagnosis of ovarian EMs were calculated. Results The expression of BDNF and serum CA125 in patients with EMs were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). There were significant differences in BDNF expression and serum CA125 levels between patients with different r-AFS pathological stages (P < 0.05). BDNF expression and serum CA125 levels were significantly increased with the increase of r-AFS pathological stage (P < 0.05). BDNF expression and serum CA125 levels were positively correlated with ovarian EMs and r-AFS pathological stage (P < 0.05). The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of combined detection of BDNF and CA125 in diagnosis of ovarian EMs were 98.72%, 100.00% and 99.22% respectively, which were significantly higher than those of single detection of BDNF and CA125 (r > 0.7, P < 0.05). Conclusion The abnormal increase of BDNF expression and serum CA125 level are closely related to the occurrence and development of ovarian EMs. The combined detection of BDNF and CA125 level is helpful to the staging diagnosis and evaluation of ovarian EMs.

WANG Li MAO Haiyan TONG Jiandong WANG Zhu▲
Objective To investigate the significance of mismatch repair/microsatellite instability (MSI) in the chemotherapy sensitivity and prognosis of late-stage colorectal cancer (CRC). Methods From December 2009 to December 2016, in Affiliated Hospital of Yangzhou University, 181 primary tumor tissues were collected from CRC patients who received first-line chemotherapy (FOLFOX or XELOX). Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of MLH1, PMS2, MSH2 and MSH6 in tumor tissues. Based on the staining results, they were divided into MSI group (18 cases) and microsatellite stability (MSS) group (163 cases). The intergroup difference in chemotherapy sensitivity and prognosis were analyzed. Results Except for tumor location (P < 0.05), the differences were not statistically significant in clinical features between two groups (P > 0.05). Kaplan-Meier model was used to analyze follow-up data, there was no statistically significant difference in patient prognosis of two groups (P > 0.05). In chemotherapy sensitivity, there was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate of two groups (P > 0.05). However, disease control rate of MSI group was significant higher than MSS group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Although MSI status is not related with the prognosis of late-stage CRC patients, but it is correlated with disease control rate. Therefore, MSI can act as an important marker for evaluating the chemotherapy efficacy in late-stage CRC patients.

185 Analysis on coping strategies of network public opinion in new media era
LI Jiayao ZHANG Nan
With the rapid development of new media technology, the field of health communication has entered a state of barbarism. On the one hand, the development and research of health communication research is not systematic in China. On the other hand, it is a mismatch between public health literacy and health needs, which leads to the fact that health communication is often facing the dilemma of rumor rather than truth. To study the coping strategies of health communication network public opinion in the new media era, it is well-founded to clarify the concept of health communication, then analyze the characteristics of health communication in the new media era, and finally formulate corresponding strategies for Internet public opinion. The spread effect of health communication is reflected in public opinion. The characteristics of the new media age influence the public opinion. Based on the new media communication that exists in the establishment of "relationship", the main stream of communication is user generated content (UGC). The mode of communication is complex and changeable, which greatly expands the extension of communication. Therefore, in the face of Internet public opinion, strategy formulation should start from the characteristics of communication, attach importance to collection of public opinion, pay equal attention to prevention and control, improve the ability of new media′s public opinion guidance, and establish and improve relevant legal system.
