CHU Chunfang1 WU Yumei2▲
Uterine fibroids can affect fertility. Intermural uterine fibroids, even without uterine pressure, can negatively affect pregnancy by causing abnormal peristalsis and contraction of uterus and affecting the morphology and function of endometrium. At present, there is no consistent recommendation for the treatment of asymptomatic and non-uterine intramural myoma with fertility requirements at home and abroad. Individualized treatment should be adopted according to the patient′s age, size and location of the myoma. Surgical removal of the intramural myoma with diameter greater than 4 cm may help to improve the pregnancy rate.

55 New research progress of acupuncture in the treatment of malignant tumor
ZOU Xiangni YAN Jun
As one of the three major non-natural death diseases, malignant tumor has a high fatality rate, and its pain and adverse reactions after chemotherapy seriously affect the quality of life of patients. According to traditional Chinese medicine, malignant tumor is mainly caused by cancer toxicity, phlegm and blood stasis toxicity, heat-toxicity, qi stagnation, blood stasis, phlegm blocking, vital qi exhaustion, and so on. Therefore, heat-clearing and detoxification, qi-activating and blood-activating methods are often used in the treatment of malignant tumors. Acupuncture, as a traditional Chinese treatment method, can regulate nutrient qi and defensive qi, dispel cold and regulate menstruation, dispel pathogenic wind and dredge collaterals, promote blood circulation for removing blood stasis, balance qi, blood, yin and yang by stimulating the surface acupoint and dermal parts of the twelve apoheurotic system. It has unique advantages in improving the size of lesions, alleviating cancer pain, relieving adverse reactions after treatment, and so on. It can also regulate immune function and significantly improve the quality of life of patients with malignant tumor. Therefore, the treatment of malignant tumor by acupuncture or combined with acupuncture will provide new ideas for clinical treatment of malignant tumor.

LU Jingyi1 REN Baijie1 QU Xingyuan1 WANG Lei1▲ QIAO Chunyan2
Based on a retrospective analysis of the case data and literature of a patient with gingivoma, this paper expounds that the standardized periodontal basic treatment combined with surgical resection of gingivoma is an effective method for the treatment of gingivoma and prevention of recurrence. After treatment, chronic periodontitis is basically controlled. There is no obvious loosening of the affected teeth, good masticatory function and bone defect in the operative area. There was no sign of recurrence and the gingiva was in good shape. To clarify that in the treatment of gingival tumors, the removal of local stimulating factors such as calculus and plaque is closely related to the treatment effect of gingival tumors. The key to prevent the recurrence of gingival tumors is plaque control and periodontal maintenance.

169 Discussion on strengthening the training of chief resident in pediatric surgery
WU Zhouguang WANG Bin▲ CHEN Zimin FENG Qi ZHENG Jiachen
The rational allocation of medical resources and the cultivation of talents needed by hospitals are two important components of the current medical system reform. In terms of talent cultivation in hospitals, the training of chief resident physicians is an important stage that cannot be leap-forward from senior resident physicians to attending physicians, and it is also the key to the gradient cultivation of specialized physicians. Pediatric surgery is different from adult surgery, and pediatric surgery diseases have their own particularity, there are some characteristics and difficulties in the training of chief resident of pediatric surgery. It is mainly manifested in the high training requirements, long period and large overall investment of the chief resident of pediatric surgery. In practical work, we should pay attention to the training of clinical thinking, strengthening operation skills, psychological quality, teaching and communication ability, scientific research ability and management of chief resident of pediatric surgery, so as to improve the professional level of chief resident of pediatric surgery. At present, our country′s pediatric surgery personnel training system is not perfect, lack of children′s surgery general resident stage of professional basic knowledge and pediatric clinical skills training, resulting in the relative shortage of children′s surgery specialist doctors, which is one of the reasons for the overcrowding of children′s specialized hospitals. Therefore, the training of chief resident of pediatric surgery should be further improved and strengthened, and more investment should be made to promote the overall development of pediatric surgery.
