Research progress of chemokine CXCL12 and its receptors CXCR4 and CXCR7 in endometriosis |

Abstract The etiology of endometriosis has not beeh known clearly so far. CXCL12-CXCR4/CXCR7 biological axis can regulate the proliferation, migration and invasion of endometrial stem cells, which may become a new target for diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis. This article reviews the role of CXCL12-CXCR4/CXCR7 biological axis in the occurrence and development of endometriosis at home and abroad in recent years.
