Abstract In recent years, with the increasing number of patients, childhood obesity and asthma have gradually become a global social problem endangering children′s health. Studies have shown that there is a close relationship between obesity and asthma. Obesity as one of the key risk factors can induce or aggravate asthma. With the continuous increase of obese children with asthma, traditional clinical therapy is facing severe challenges to find out specific treatment pertinently. At present, traditional Chinese medicine have played an important role in the dialectical treatment of childhood asthma. Based on the theory of "lung and large intestine are exterior and interior", the methods of purging fu-organs to eliminate heat, clearing heat and promoting dampness are used in this paper to restore lung and intestinal functions, regulate intestinal, which can effectively improve asthma symptoms and provide reference for obese asthma clinical treatment.
