4 Effect of ERH gene on human bladder cancer cell cycle
ZHOU Rongsheng1,2 HAN Conghui1,2,3 CHEN Bo1 HAO Lin1,3 SHI Zhenduo1 JIANG Bo1 ZHANG Zhiguo1,3 PANG Kun1,2,3▲
Objective To investigate the molecular biological mechanism of enhancer of rudimentary homolog (ERH) gene affecting proliferation and apoptosis of human bladder urothelial carcinoma (BUC) cell line T24. Methods BUC T24 cells were divided into ERH knockdown group and ERH normal cell group. The expression of genes affected by ERH knockdown in the whole gene spectrum was detected by human transcriptome expression profile microarray. The possible molecular biological mechanism of ERH gene affecting the proliferation and apoptosis of human BUC T24 cells was determined by bioinformatics analysis technology, biological functional enrichment and protein interaction analysis techniques, and was verified by functional experiments. Results The results of human transcriptome expression profile microarray technology showed that ERH gene expression was significantly decreased in ERH knockdown group, and the FC value was -4.50, P < 0.0001. The expression of 344 genes in the ERH knockout group was up-regulated and 254 genes were down-regulated (cutoff value |FC|>2) compared with the ERH normal group. The results of biological function enrichment analysis indicated that ERH gene was closely related to cytokines, tumor necrosis factor, P53 down-regulation and apoptosis. The results of protein interaction analysis showed that ERH gene might affect the proliferation and apoptosis of BUC T24 cells through cyclin. Functional experiments suggested that the ERH gene produces these effects through the cell cycle, which mainly affects the S phase of the cell cycle. Conclusion ERH gene affects the proliferation and apoptosis of human bladder cancer T24 cells by regulating cell cycle.

57 Research progress of Oseltamivir combined with common traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of influenza
LI Linlin XIE Dongmin YU Xinxiang PENG Ningning WANG Weilin WANG Decai LI Binglong
Influenza (“influenza” for short) is a respiratory disease caused by the invasion of influenza virus into human body, which is highly infectious and spreads rapidly. There are many kinds of traditional Chinese medicine for treating influenza, which can be divided into antiviral, antiphlogistic and antipyretic, respiratory treatment and so on according to their respective functions. In Western medicine, Oseltamivir is currently recognized as the first-line medicine for treating influenza, and its active metabolite, Oseltamivir carboxylic acid, is a neuraminidase inhibitor, which can inhibit the activity of influenza virus and prevent the virus from separating from the cell, thereby inhibiting the spread of influenza A and B viruses. However, Oseltamivir is easy to produce drug resistance and side effects when used alone. In order to treat the concurrent symptoms in influenza more effectively, Oseltamivir is often used in combination with the above several kinds of traditional Chinese medicine for treatment, which not only reduces the side effects, but also improves the efficacy. This article reviews the research progress of Oseltamivir combined with the above-mentioned traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of influenza.

145 Experience exploration on master of national physician Professor Xiong Jibai in the differentiation and treatment of nephrotic edema
DENG Linrong SUN Guixiang▲ SUN Haoxian ZHANG Ting LI Jiajun XIAO Dan
This article summarizes the clinical experience of Professor Xiong Jibai in the treatment of nephrotic edema. Nephrotic edema is firstly seen in Huangdi Neijing. Kidney deficiency is affected by wind, and the governing water function is abnormal, which develops into edema. The diagnosis of nephrotic edema is mainly based on the Western medical laboratory examination. The clinical differentiation of syndromes should distinguish between yin edema and yang edema, deficiency and excess syndrome, cold syndrome and heat syndrome, and edema position. According to the main symptoms of the patients, it can be divided into four types: edema of qi deficiency, edema of yin deficiency, edema of yang deficiency, and edema of damp-heat. While determining the treatment method based on syndrome differentiation and choosing the main prescription, it is also necessary to flexibly match the secondary symptoms of the patients’ symptoms, including proteinuria, hematuria, high uric acid, high serum creatinine, hypertension, lumbago and heel pain.

157 Analysis on the experience of Professor Wei Junping in differentiating and treating diabetic nephropathy
LI Fei1,2 WEI Junping2▲
Diabetic nephropathy is one of the most common capillary vessel complications of diabetes. Professor Wei Junping believes that the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy in traditional Chinese medicine is always based on root deficiency and branch excess. The root is the deficiency of qi and yin. The excess of branch is mainly manifested in the accumulation of pathological products, such as phlegm, blood stasis, and dampness. The zang-fu organs mainly involve the liver, spleen and kidney. In the treatment, diabetic nephropathy is combined with disease and syndrome, and it is divided into four syndrome types: deficiency of both qi and yin, internal blockade of damp-turbidity, yin deficiency of liver and kidney, yang deficiency of spleen and kidney. Professor Wei believes that diabetic nephropathy lesions involve sanjiao, and diabetic nephropathy is treated by stages, which are divided into early, middle and late periods, in order to reverse early intervention, delay progress in the middle period, and improve symptoms in the late stage. In the clinical process, by combining modern pharmacological research and medication, Professor Wei always guides the lifestyle of patients with diabetic nephropathy. And the idea of “preventive treatment of disease” of traditional Chinese medicine is used throughout the treatment process, as far as possible to delay the development process of diabetic nephropathy.
