| The present situation and optimization measures of the construction of “embedded” combination of medical and health care in Shandong Province |

Abstract Nowadays, with the increasing number of elderly population in China, the problem of population aging is becoming more and more serious. The combination of medical and health care is an effective solution to alleviate the pressure of providing for the aged and improve the quality of service for the aged, among which “embedded” combination of medical and health care is the current development trend of providing for the aged. Through the strategy of on-the-spot investigation and literature information collection, three embedded types of “embedded” combination of medical and health care in Shandong Province were introduced from the point of view of overall embedding, equipment embedding and agreement embedding. And the phenomenon and causes of the combination of medical and health care were also discussed. In view of this proposed, some optimization measures were put forward in this article, such as introducing the service mode of graded pension, promoting the transformation of talents, developing “intelligent medical treatment”, increasing income and reducing fees for the aged, so as to speed up the development of the construction of the combination of medical and health care in our country.
