Abstract This paper expounds the influence of the mind-set on hemodialysis nursing safety from the aspects of setting parameters of hemodialysis nursing, preventing and controling nosocomial infection, monitoring vital signs, monitoring of blood coagulation in vitro, nursing indwelling catheter and internal fistula puncture, etc. Then puts forward a series of targeted intervention strategy, such as improving the level of divergent thinking, improving the hospital infection prevention and control system, setting up the risk consciousness, establishing the early warning mechanism, improving the ability of self-supervision and strengthening business training, so as to provide guidance to eliminate the influence of the mind-set in the future.
