Study on evaluation index system construction of consultation competence of training of general practitioners based on analytic hierarchy process |

Abstract Objective To determine the weight of the evaluation index system of consultation competence of standardized training of general practitioners (“compliance training” for short), it based on the standardized training of general practitioners. Methods The analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the evaluation indexes and their weights for 10 specialists, and calculate the general index. Results Among the 8 first level indicators, the weight of interpersonal and communication skills, medical history taking and analysis, physical examination and basic operation skills, diagnostic strategies, interpretation and treatment of patients' problems, individual health education, outpatient medical records and professional attitudes were 0.1314, 0.1387, 0.1325, 0.1549, 0.1280, 0.0928, 0.0714 and 0.1503, respectively. The results of the judgment matrix given by the specialists meet the consistency index <0.10 and random index <0.10, all the indexes were satisfied the consistency check. Conclusion This study is building a set of objective quantitative indexes to evaluate the consultation competence of compliance training of general practitioners, which is expected to measure the training effect comprehensively and objectively.
