Abstract Mental pressure is a popular research direction in current society. However, there are only a few literatures about the psychological pressure focusing on enterprise and institutions′ staffs in China. The research on the psychological pressure of enterprise and institutions′ staffs in Guangdong province is almost blank. This paper is a pioneering exploration of the investigation of employee pressure and reducing pressure project in enterprises and institutions in Guangdong Province, and using the method of four levels rating to evaluate psychological stress level of enterprise and institutions′ staffs in Guangdong province, to help employees of enterprise and institutions′ staffs to understand their psychological pressure and reasons, so as to provide help for the prevention of the mental disease from stress. In the meanwhile, dynamic psychological management, emotional catharsis, controlling emotions, relieving stress, resolving the crisis and other series of stress relief projects would be used to help these enterprise and institution′s workers change their sub-health condition and prolong their life-span thereby improve these employees′ health quality.
