Abstract Nurses standardized training is an effective way to train qualified clinical nursing talents. The quality of training and the guarantee of training effect lie not only in the effective training process, but also in the scientific evaluation. At present, the evaluation of the effect of standardized training on nurses in our country is still at the exploratory stage in terms of assessment indicators, ways and means of assessment and assessment models, and yet no standard assessment system has been established. And the training assessment is an important part of nurses standardized training, which is of great significance to improve the operational skills and overall quality of new nurses. Therefore, the author will analyze and summarize the research status quo of the standardized training appraisal and evaluation of newly recruited nurses both at home and abroad, and put forward the enlightenment of constructing the standardized appraisal and evaluation system of nurses so as to guide the new recruiting nurse training outline (Trial) document Under the normative training assessment, to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for improving and developing the standardized training of nurses in our country.
