Abstract In order to improve the management level of modern hospitals, hospitals should encourage clinical and management personnel to pay attention to management problems, find management defects and eliminate adverse consequences caused by management factors or management behaviors in daily work. Combining with the inherent requirements of the modern hospital management system, this paper innovatively proposes the definition and classification of adverse events in management and the organization and responsibilities of the management of adverse events. The working mechanism and process are preliminarily designed. Finally, this paper discusses the attention problems in the management of the reporting of adverse events through actual case analysis.
