The influence of remote management of lifestyle on the college obese girls′ body composition and physical health in the E-era |

Abstract Objective To observe the influence of the remote management of lifestyle on college obese girls′ body composition and physical health, which provide a basis for the college students to develop a healthy lifestyle and improve the physical health of college students. Methods From march to June 2016, 39 obese girls in Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected randomly. The body composition and physical fitness of all subjects were examined and the Traditional Chinese Medicine constitution type was tested. According to the results, the exercise prescription were made, and lifestyle of 12 weeks were intervened comprehensively (fitness club activities, routine exercise supervision, health education, health preserving). The body composition, physical fitness and Traditional Chinese Medicine constitution type of subjects were compared before and after intervention. Results The weight, body mass index (BMI) and body fat rate of subjects after intervention were lower than those before intervention (P < 0.01). The waistline of subjects after intervention was lower than before intervention (P < 0.01). The close their eyes to stand on one foot time, lung capacity, reaction time of subjects after intervention were all better than those before intervention (P < 0.05). After comprehensive intervention, the biased constitution was decreased, and the proportions of peace constitution were increased. Conclusion Adopt comprehensive intervention of lifestyle to colleges obese girls, such as fitness club, routine exercise supervision, health education and health preserving, can effectively improve obese girls′ body composition and physical quality, adjust the biased constitution to a certain extent, help to prevent the spreading of obesity, improve the physical and mental health of obese college students.
