Effect comparison between hydrostatic reduction under B-ultrasound and air perfusion under X-ray treating children intussusception |

Abstract Objective To discuss the clinical effect of air perfusion under X-ray and hydrostatic reduction under B-ultrasound scanner treating children intussusception. Methods From January 2015 to May 2017, in Anhui Provincial Children Hospital, the clinical data of 635 children with acute intussusceptions were retrospectively analyzed. According to the therapeutic method, they were divided into two groups, experiment group (262 cases) with air perfusion, control group (373 cases) with hydrostatic enemamonitored by B-ultrasound. The treatment effects, restoration time, CRP, cover time of intestinal function and so on of two groups were compared. Results The successful restoration rate of two groups was compared, the differences were not statistically significant (P > 0.05). The restoration time of experiment group was less than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The recurernce rate, complications, CRP, cover time of restoration function in control group were better than experiment group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy is accurate and the advantages are obvious with hydrostatic reduction of intussusception under B-ultrasound, and it can be used as the preferred method for the intussusception.
