Effect of Aspirin and Clopidogrel Bisulfate combined with dietary intervention on cerebral infarction and analysis of clinical influencing factors |

Abstract Objective To study the effect of Aspirin and Clopidogrel combined with dietary intervention (diet provided by ANN Montessori nutrition restaurant) factors and clinical effect of the treatment of cerebral infarction effect. Methods A total of 76 patients with cerebral infarction were selected from September 2016 to May 2017 in Tieling Central Hospital of Liaoning Province. The patients were divided into group A and group B according to the digital table method, 36 cases in each group. Group B was treated with Aspirin combined with Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulfate, group A was treated with dietary intervention on the basis of drug treatment (diet provided by ANN Montessori nutrition restaurant). The treatment effect and adverse reactions (xerostomia, nausea and vomiting, melena, skin ecchymosis, renal damage, etc.), and improve situation of life quality and nutritional status (hemoglobin, albumin) of patients were compared between two groups after treatment. Results The total effective rate, incidence of adverse reaction, nutritional status and quality of life in the group A were significantly better than those in the group B, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). Conclusion Aspirin combined with Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulfate and dietary intervention has more significant effect in the treatment of cerebral infarction, can effectively improve patient outcomes, quality of life and adverse reaction, improve the nutritional status of patients, with clinical application value of this research.
