基于CiteSpace的针灸治疗坐骨神经痛可视化分析

Abstract Objective To analyze the visual effect of acupuncture on sciatica with CiteSpace software. Methods Literatures related to acupuncture in the treatment of sciatica from January 2010 to December 2020 in China National Knowledge Internet database were searched by computer. After Refworks conversion, CiteSpace 5.7.R2 was used to generate the authors, research institutions, keywords co-occurrence and clustering visualization analysis atlas of acupuncture for sciatica for analysis and research. Results A total of 355 articles on acupuncture treatment of sciatica in recent ten years were retrieved, and the number of articles was analyzed, which showed that the number of articles declined from 2017. A total of 304 authors were retrieved, with WU Yaochi and other five leading authors in the number of articles published. A total of nine institutions were retrieved, and Shanghai Sixth People’s Hospital was the core institution in this field with the highest number of publications. A total of 386 keywords were included, and the hot keywords were lumbar disc herniation, electroacupuncture, warm acupuncture, clinical efficacy, etc., forming eight clusters. Conclusion The research on acupuncture treatment of sciatica needs to strengthen the communication between institutions and authors, and further basic research and in-depth analysis, so as to provide favorable conditions for the further development of this field.
