Application effect of health education based on feedforward control in patients with schizophrenia and its influence on violence#br# |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of health education based on feedforward control in patients with schizophrenia and its impact on violence. Methods A total of 120 patients with schizophrenia in Huzhou Third People’s Hospital from February 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group 60 cases and observation group 60 cases. Two groups of patients were given Aripiprazole twice a day, 10 mg each time. The control group was given routine health education, and the observation group was given health education based on feedforward control. The inpatient observation scale (NOSIE) score and positive and negative symptom scale (PANSS) score of the two groups after eight weeks of treatment were compared and analyzed, and the influence of related treatment on the violent behavior of the two groups was evaluated. Results After treatment, the scores of social ability, social interest, personal neatness, irritability, slowness and depression in NOSIE score factors of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the scores of NOSIE factors in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05); after treatment, the PANSS scores of lack of response, thinking disorder, paranoia, activation, depression and aggression in both groups were lower than before treatment, and the scores of PANSS factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05); the total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); the incidence of violent behavior in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of health education based on feedforward control in hospitalized patients with schizophrenia can effectively prevent the occurrence of violence, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
