Thoughts and suggestions on postgraduate training of orthopedics and traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine under the mode of medical teaching research cooperation#br# |

Abstract With the promotion of healthy China and the strategy of strengthening the country with talents, as well as the implementation of Outline of Strategic Planning for the Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Development Plan for Health Services of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the postgraduate education of orthopedics and traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine has ushered in a new opportunity of inheritance and innovation. The author in the actual postgraduates teaching management, the author thinks about the problems existing in the current education of postgraduates majoring in orthopedics and traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine. In view of the new needs of the society for the cultivation of talents majoring in orthopedics and traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine in the new era, the author proposes to construct students’ thinking of traditional Chinese medicine under the cooperation mode of medical teaching and research, shape the humanistic spirit, strengthen the education of teachers, innovate the teaching mode, and enhance the output of academic research achievements. The corresponding suggestions are expected to have new ideas and inspiration for the cultivation of postgraduates majoring in orthopedics and traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine in the new era.
