Abstract In the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine, the mode of thinking is the core and soul of clinical curative effect. Clinical thinking of traditional Chinese medicine should be cultivated in practice. Teaching ward round is a good way to study and strengthen clinical thinking of traditional Chinese medicine. The teaching should take the clinical case as the breakthrough point, combine the system of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation, and use the form of question and answer to narrate the clinical thinking method of traditional Chinese medicine, in the standardized and orderly mode of thinking guidance, teaching students identification, legislation, using side, at the same time, uhder the traditional Chinese medicine classic background, the multi-angle thinking mode is put forward characteristics, for the future teaching of Chinese medicine to open up new ideas.
