基于动机行为转化的康复护理在四肢骨折患者术后康复中的应用

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of rehabilitation nursing based on motivational behavior transformation in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with limb fractures. Methods From May 2018 to June 2020, a total of 80 patients in the Department of Orthopedics of Jiangsu Provincial People’s Hospital for postoperative rehabilitation care of limb fractures were selected for the study. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group (40 cases) and study group (40 cases). The control group adopted conventional nursing intervention, and the study group adopted rehabilitation nursing intervention based on motivational behavior transformation. The swelling time, hospitalization time, pain score at 72 hours after surgery, nursing effectiveness, complications, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The swelling time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, while the pain score at 72 hours after the operation was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The total effective rate of nursing care in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The total nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing based on motivational behavior transformation is applied to postoperative rehabilitation patients of limb fracture patients, which can reduce the pain of patients after surgery and improve the effect of reducing swelling. It is worthy of promotion.
