Application of zero defect nursing mode guided by prospective theory in emergency treatment of severe craniocerebral injury#br# |

Abstract Objective To explore the application of prospective theory guided zero defect nursing mode in emergency treatment of severe craniocerebral injury. Methods A total of 129 patients with severe craniocerebral injury admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University from March 2019 to March 2021 were randomly divided into group A, B and C, with 43 cases in each group. After emergency admission, group A received routine emergency nursing, group B received routine emergency nursing + zero defect nursing mode, and group C received routine emergency nursing + prospective theory guided zero defect nursing mode. The emergency room treatment time and emergency treatment success rate of the three groups were compared. Glasgow coma scale (GCS) were compared between the three groups at admission and transfer out of the emergency room. The mortality and complications of the three groups during emergency treatment were compared. Results The time of emergency room treatment in group C were shorter than those in group A and group B, and group B was shorter than group A (P < 0.05); the success rate of emergency treatment in group C was higher than that in group A (P < 0.017). The GCS scores of the three groups were higher when they were transferred out of the emergency room than when they were admitted to the hospital, and group C were higher those in group A and group B, and group B was higher than group A (P < 0.05). The mortality and complication rate of group C were significantly lower than those of group A (P < 0.017). Conclusion The application of the prospective theory guided zero defect nursing mode in severe brain injury patients can significantly shorten the emergency treatment time, reduce the occurrence of complications, and has the value of popularization and application.
