| Clinical value of medication training centered on Precede-Proceed model in patients with schizophrenia#br# |

Abstract Objective To analyze the clinical value of medication training centered on Precede-Proceed model in patients with schizophrenia. Methods A total of 82 schizophrenic patients admitted to the 7th People’s Hospital of Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected, they wore divided into two groups by coin toss, 41 cases in control group were treated with routine medication intervention, 41 cases in observation group based on the control group with Precede-Proceed Model as the core of medication training, the patient was assessed for taking medication. Results After intervention, the scores of anxiety and depression, lack of vitality, activation, abnormal thinking and hostile suspicion on the summary psychiatric rating scale of the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05). After intervention, self-knowledge and treatment attitude questionnaire score and total positive factor score of two groups were higher than those of before intervention, total negative factor score was lower than before interention, and the self-knowledge and treatment attitude questionnaire score and total positive factor score of observation group were higher than the control group, the total negative factor score was lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The medication compliance of observation group was higher than control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion The medication training with Precede-Proceed model as the core can improve the medication compliance of patients with schizophrenia.
