人文关怀在耳鼻喉内窥镜检查护理中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the application of humanistic care in the nursing of ear, nose and throat endoscopy and its influence on the self-rating anxiety score (SAS) and self-rating depression score (SDS). Methods A total of 192 patients who underwent ENT endoscopy at the Department of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, Changzhi City People’s Hospital in Shanxi Province from September 2019 to August 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method. A total of 96 cases in the control group were treated with conventional ENT endoscopy and nursing; a total of 96 cases in the observation group, combined with the application of humanistic care on the basis of routine care in the control group. The SAS score and SDS score, comfort score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups before and after nursing were compared. Results After the intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than before the intervention, while the observation group was lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The comfort scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion The application of humanistic care in the nursing of ENT endoscopy can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression of the patients, increase the comfort of the patients, and the patients are more satisfied with the nursing, which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
