自拟疏肝和胃愈疡汤治疗肝胃不和型胃疡病的临床研究

Abstract Objective To study clinical effect of self-designed Shugan Hewei Yuyang Decoction in the treatment of gastric ulcer with liver and stomach disharmony type. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with liver and stomach disharmony type gastric ulcer admitted to Department of Spleen and Gastric Diseases in Weihai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February to June 2020 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. Control group was treated with Pantoprazole, and treatment group was treated with Shugan Hewei Yuyang Decoction on the basis of control group. The course of treatment was four weeks. Clinical efficacy and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score before and after treatment were compared between two groups. Results Clinical total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of abdominal pain, abdominal distension, belching and pantothenic acid, shantaixi in two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in treatment group were lower than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Shugan Hewei Yuyang Decoction is an effective method in the treatment of gastric ulcer, which can effectively eliminate or improve the clinical symptoms and promote the healing of peptic ulcer. It is worthy of further study and promotion.
