针刺加艾灸治疗慢性疲劳综合征脾肾阳虚型的效果及对免疫功能的影响

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture plus moxibustion in treating chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) with yang deficiency of spleen and kidney and its influence on immune function. Methods Eighty patients with CFS with yang deficiency of spleen and kidney admitted to Outpatient Department of Preventive Treatment in Ma’anshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2017 to July 2020 were selected as the research subjects. All patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. Control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture, and observation group was treated with moxibustion on the basis of control group, once every other day, five times for a course of treatment, six courses of treatment. The curative effect, symptom score, immunoglobulin G (IgG), immunoglobulin A (IgA) and immunoglobulin M (IgM) levels before and after treatment were compared between two groups, and the adverse reaction was observed. Results Total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of memory loss, anxiety, insomnia and depression in two groups were lower than those before treatment, and observation group was lower than control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of IgG, IgA and IgM in two groups were higher than those before treatment, and observation group was higher than control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). There was no obvious adverse reaction in two groups. Conclusion Acupuncture plus moxibustion is an effective and safe in treating CFS with yang deficiency of spleen and kidney, which can effectively improve clinical symptoms and immune function.
