| Analysis on the medication rule of Yi Bu Quan Lu for treatment of diarrhea based on data mining |

Abstract Objective To analyze the rules of prescription medication in treating diarrhea in Yi Bu Quan Lu. Methods The data mining and analysis of prescription drugs for diarrhea in Yi Bu Quan Lu was carried out by traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assist platform V2.5. Results A total of 156 prescriptions for the treatment of diarrhea were screened, involving 132 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine, including 30 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine with frequency ≥10. The four nature of drugs were mainly warm and calm, the five flavours were mainly pungent and sweet, and the channel tropism of spleen and stomach were mainly. According to association rule analysis, 32 high-frequency drug combinations and eight core drug combinations were counted. Conclusion The medication rule in Yi Bu Quan Lu for the treatment of diarrhea have obvious tendency, which can provide reference for clinical treatment and research.
