老年糖尿病肾病患者心理困扰状况及其影响因素分析

Abstract Objective To understand the psychological distress of elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy (DN), and to analyze the possible influencing factors. Methods The medical records of 130 elderly patients with DN who were admitted to the West China Hospital of Sichuan University from January 2017 to December 2019 who were evaluated by the Kessler psychological distress scale (K10) at the time of admission were reviewed through retrospective research. The K10 scores of elderly DN patients with different data characteristics were compared, and the related factors that affect the psychological distress of elderly DN patients were analyzed. Results All 130 elderly patients with DN had different degrees of psychological distress, and the median K10 score was 26.00 (24.00, 29.00) points. The K10 scores of elderly DN patients with different diabetes course, social support, and negative emotions were compared, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that course of diabetes (X1), social support (X2), and negative emotions (X3) might be the influencing factors of the psychological distress of elderly patients with DN (P ＜ 0.05). The linear regression equation was obtained: Y=23.345+5.395X1+2.870X2+2.655X3. Conclusion Elderly patients with DN have a certain degree of psychological distress, which may be related to the diabetes course, level of social support, negative emotions of patients. The clinic should focus on the above factors and give corresponding interventions.
