Abstract Radioactive lung injury is a possible adverse event in patients with thoracic cancer receiving radiotherapy, and it is also one of the dose-limiting toxicity to maximize the radiotherapy benefit in patients with thoracic cancer under the premise of ensuring radiotherapy safety. The influencing factors of radiation lung injury include radiological factors, tumor factors and patient factors. To elucidate the influencing factors of radiation lung injury will provide a theoretical basis for reducing the incidence of radiation lung injury in tumor patients receiving chest radiotherapy.
