Application effect of internet + continuity nursing in 3D small pulmonary nodules biopsy guided by coplanar template |

Abstract Objective To observe the application effect of internet + continuity nursing in 3D small lung nodule biopsy guided by coplanar template. Methods A retrospective study was conducted in 124 patients who underwent 3D coplanar template guided biopsy of small pulmonary nodules from August 2016 to August 2018 in Tangshan People’s Hospital. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into observation group and control group, with 62 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional continuity nursing, while the observation group adopted new internet + continuity nursing. The success rate of biopsy, the incidence of complications and the compliance of postoperative follow-up were compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of clinical biopsy in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P < 0.05), the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The postoperative compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Application of internet + continuity nursing mode can effectively improve the biopsy success rate of 3D small lung nodule biopsy patients guided by coplanar template, reduce complications, and have better clinical effect, and patients’ compliance after follow-up visits is better.
