Abstract Under the dual background of pharmaceutical professional ethics education and industrial development such as pharmaceutical laws and regulations, pharmaceutical regulatory policies and accelerated upgrading of pharmaceutical industry technology in the new era, there is much practical necessity and urgency to promote the ideological and political collaborative education in the curriculum of “pharmaceutical ethics, pharmaceutical regulation, pharmaceutical technology”. At present, there are many realistic problems in ideological and political education of the “pharmaceutical ethics, pharmaceutical regulation, pharmaceutical technology” in higher vocational colleges in the aspects of teaching subject cognition, course objectives, evaluation mechanism and ideological and political resources. Thus, higher vocational colleges need to strengthen the top-level design and synergistic promotion from the four dimensions of guarantee mechanism, teacher, course and classroom, so as to realize the co-education of professional spirit and vocational skills, and improve the training quality of technical and skilled personnel in pharmacy.
