| Discussion on the construction of hospital budget information management system |

Abstract In recent years, Chinese medical and health system reform continues to deepen, requiring hospitals to establish a comprehensive budget management mechanism to control medical and health income and expenditure from the source. In the era of data informatization, hospitals need to establish budget information management system to promote the implementation of comprehensive budget management. This paper discusses the introduction of budget information management system in hospital, expounds the significance of building budget information management system in hospital, taking the construction of the budget management information system of Beijing Chest Hospital, Capital Medical University as an example, the paper analyzes the problems and gains in the process of constructing the budget system, and put forward some reasonable suggestions on the construction of hospital budget information system.
