活络热敷方治疗颈椎病的临床效果

Abstract Objective To observe the clinical effect of Huoluo Refu Prescription in the treatment of cervical spondylosis. Methods A total of 66 patients with cervical spondylosis treated in Fuyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Anhui Province from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected and they were divided into hot compress group and conventional group by random number table method, with 33 cases in each group. The group received massage treatment, and the hot compress group was treated with Huoluo Refu Prescription. After four months of treatment, the clinical efficacy, neck disability index (NDI), the degree of pain in the head, neck and upper limbs arthralgia before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the hot compress group was higher than that of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in NDI scores, visual analogue scale (VAS) scores of neck, head and upper limb arthralgia between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05). After treatment, NDI score, neck, head and upper limb arthralgia VAS scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment, and the hot compress group was lower than the conventional group, the differences were statistically significant (all P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion Huoluo Refu Prescription has an exact effect on the treatment of cervical spondylosis, which can effectively improve the cure rate of patients, relieve the pain of neck, head and upper limbs, and promote the functional recovery of cervical vertebra.
