Abstract Stomach microecology is closely related to gastric diseases and gastric mucosal immunity. In addition to Helicobacter pylori colonizing the gastric, there are other bacteria and fungi such as Firmicutes, Proteobacteria, Bacteroides, Fusobacteria and Actinomycetes. There are many factors influencing the gastric microecology, such as microorganisms, drugs and proton pump inhibitors, which lead to highly dynamic changes in the gastric microecology. In patients with common diseases such as functional dyspepsia, chronic gastritis, gastric ulcer and gastric cancer, the diversity of gastric flora is reduced, and the abundance of pathogenic bacteria increases accordingly, and gastric microecological imbalance occurs. When the gastric microecology is out of balance, it mainly induces gastric mucosal immunity through intrinsic lymphoid cells, causing gastric mucosal damage.
