| Nursing effect of continuous improvement based on communication feedback in high-flux hemodialysis of patients with uremia |

Abstract Objective To explore the intervention effect of continuous improvement based on communication feedback in high-flux hemodialysis (HFHD) of patients with uremia during treatment. Methods A total of 124 patients with uremia who received HFHD treatment in the Sixth Medical Center of PLA General Hospital were selected from January 2018 to January 2020, the random number table method was used to divide them into control group and observation group, with 62 cases in each group. The control group was received routine intervention, the observation group was received continuous improvement intervention based on communication feedback, both were intervened for 6 months. The psychological state of the two groups was evaluated and compared by self rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) before and six months after intervention. After six months of intervention, the satisfaction of the two groups was investigated by self-made satisfaction questionnaire; the skin itching degree of the two groups was evaluated and compared; the complications of the two groups were recorded. Results At six months of intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of both groups were decreased than those before intervention, and the observation group were lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.05); the scores of all items in the questionnaire of nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05); the degree of skin itching in observation group was less than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05); the incidence of allergy and bleeding in the observation group was lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion The intervention effect of continuous improvement based on communication feedback in high flow hemodialysis of patients with uremia during treatment has certain effect, which is helpful to improve the mental state of patients and reduce the itching degree of skin, and it is easy to be accept by patients, with high degree of satisfaction.
