| Construction and practice of smart hospital based on improving patients’ medical experience |

Abstract Building a smart hospital is the trend of the future development of the medical industry. Smart hospital is to transfer the handling and implementation of offline medical services to online through information means, which can effectively share the offline medical needs, and is of great help to improve the patient’s medical experience. Based on the perspective of smart hospital construction, this paper discusses how to build the new service mode, and gives guidance from two aspects: the selection of service carrier and the construction of main functions. In order to promote the normal development of smart hospitals, it is necessary for the government to maintain a good environment, hospitals to strengthen business training and pay attention to the safety maintenance of the platform. Unswervingly taking the road of smart hospital construction may become a new turning point for the future development of the medical industry.
