Abstract With the continuous development of endoscopy technology, the diagnosis technology of early gastric cancer is also maturing. In addition to white light endoscopy, the current dyeing endoscopy, magnifying endoscopy, ultrasound endoscopy, narrowband imaging technology, confocal laser microendoscopy, etc. It has been widely used, and the combined application of different inspection methods has greatly improved the detection rate of early gastric cancer. The treatment of early gastric cancer is also constantly developing. At present, the clinical application of endoscopic mucosal dissection is the most widely used. Some new endoscopic treatment methods are also constantly being explored and improved, resulting in endoscopic full-thickness gastric wall resection. New surgical procedures, such as laparoscopic combined endoscopic surgery, provide new ideas for the treatment of early gastric cancer.
