Application of strengthening rehabilitation nursing multidisciplinary combined with virtual reality training in severe patients with multiple fractures |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of strengthening rehabilitation nursing multidisciplinary combined with virtual reality training in severe patients with multiple fractures. Methods A total of 92 severe patients with multiple fractures who completed surgical treatment from June 2019 to June 2020 in Hainan West Central Hospital were selected as the research subjects, they were divided into observation group and control group in each group by the random number table method, with 46 case in each group, the multidisciplinary nursing mode of intensive rehabilitation nursing was adopted in control group, intensive rehabilitation nursing multidisciplinary combined virtual reality training nursing mode was adopted in observation group, both were received three months of continuous nursing. Before and three months after nursing, the balance function, motor function of both groups were evaluated and compared; after three months of nursing, the walking function and compliance of the two groups were evaluated and compared; the incidence of postoperative complications was compared between the two groups. Results After three months of nursing, the Berg balance scale (BBS) score, simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment (FMA) score of both groups were higher than those before nursing, and the observation group was higher than the control group, with statistical significant differences (P < 0.05); the lower limb walking ability grading of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the exercise compliance of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05), there was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Strengthening rehabilitation nursing multidisciplinary combined with virtual reality training can improve the exercise compliance of severe patients with multiple fractures, and promote the improvement of balance function, motor function and walking function.
