基于德尔菲法构建老年女性压力性尿失禁患者的健康教育方案

Abstract Objective To construct a health education program for elderly female patients with stress urinary incontinence by applying Delphi method. Methods Form July to December 2019, the literature research method was used by research team to draft the contents of the health education program for elderly women with stress urinary incontinence. A total of 11 specialists were selected from Changzheng Hospital Affiliated to Naval Military Medical University, Huadong Hospital affiliated to Fudan University, Shanghai General Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Tongji Hospital of Tongji University, People’s Hospital of Putuo District in Shanghai. Delphi method was used by specialists to construct a health education program for elderly women with stress urinary incontinence in two rounds. Results The return rate of the two rounds of expert consultation questionnaires was 100%, and the expert authority coefficient was 0.928. The plan was revised based on expert opinions, and 3 first-level items, 15 second-level items, and 61 third-level items were finally determined. Conclusion This research program is scientific and practical, and can provide theoretical guidance for clinical nurses to implement health education for elderly female patients with stress urinary incontinence.
