医护患一体化护理在子宫腺肌病患者高强度聚焦超声治疗围术期疼痛管理中的应用

Abstract Objective To explore the application and effect of integrated medical care model in the perioperative pain management of patients with adenomyosis treated by high-intensity focused ultrasound. Methods A total of 102 patients with adenomyosis who received high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) treatment from the Minimally Invasive Center of Gynecology, Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, Capital Medical University were selected from May 2016 to May 2019. They were randomly divided into study group and control group by computer, and implemented group nursing. The 51 cases in the control group were used the conventional nursing model, and the 51 cases in the study group were used the integrated medical care model for perioperative pain management. The postoperative pain scores, the use of analgesics, anxiety, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in visual analogue scale (VAS) between the two groups at 2 h after surgery (P ＞ 0.05). VAS at 24 h after surgery in both groups were significantly lower than those at 2 h after surgery, while the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01). The anxiety score of the study group was lower than that of the control group, while the proportion of patients in the study group who used analgesics after surgery was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was highly statistically significant (P ＜ 0.01). Conclusion For patients with adenomyosis receiving high-intensity focused ultrasound treatment, the doctor-nurse-patient integrated mode could effectively help patients correctly interpret and evaluate the pain generated during treatment, thereby improving nursing pain management, alleviating postoperative pain and anxiety, reducing drug use and improving patient satisfaction.
