Abstract The relevant theories of the impact of public health events on the economics of public hospitals are still lacking in scientific and systematic research in academia, and there are empirical evidences such as lack of theory in formulating special response policies. This article discusses the impact of public health issues on the economic operation efficiency of public hospitals, as well as the emergency management system and emergency management system, from the development and review of the economic operation and financial response attitude and strategy adjustment of public hospitals in response to the impact of public health events, as well as the emergency management system and government funds continue to play an effective role in the prevention and control strategy of suppressing economic fluctuations and timely follow-up and implementation of emergency finance, and providing reference and reference for the prevention and control of public health incidents in the field and the same field, and the economic recovery and restart of public hospitals.
