关节镜清理术治疗膝关节痛风性关节炎的短期效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the value of arthroscopic debridement in the treatment of gouty arthritis of knee joint. Methods The clinical data of 51 patients with gouty arthritis of knee joint treated in Southern Medical University Xiaolan Affiliated Hospital from January 2012 to December 2016 were analyzed retrospectively. The observation group (19 cases) was treated by medical intervention, drug treatment and arthroscopic debridement, while the control group (32 cases) were treated by medical intervention and drug treatment. The visual analogue score (VAS) score and Lysholm joint function score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment, and the rate of recurrence was estimated at 6 months after treatment. Results After treatment, the VAS and Lysholm scores in the two groups were improved (P < 0.05). One week after treatment, the VAS score in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Two week after treatment, the VAS and Lysholm scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). And the recurrence rate of observation group was lower than that in the control group at 6 months after treatment (P < 0.05). Conclusion Arthroscopic debridement in treating gouty arthritis of knee joint can relieve pain, improve joint function, low recurrence rate, which can be used as effective means of medical intervention and drug treatment.
