Abstract Fatty liver is a common clinical liver disease, which seriously affects life health of mankind. The imbalance of daily nutrition intake and the neglect of dietary nutrition management can lead to the excessive accumulation of fat and abnormal metabolic function in the liver, leading to fatty liver. Therefore, scientific nutrition management and dietary nutrition collocation can effectively prevent and treat fatty liver. In this paper, the pathogenesis of fatty liver was briefly introduced, and reasonable restriction of energy and dietary fat intake, control of saturated fatty acid intake, and appropriate increase of monounsaturated fatty acid intake were emphasize, which can effectively prevent and improve fatty liver. In addition, the reasonable collocation of nutritional supplements and scientific exercise management also have a positive impact on the prevention and treatment of fatty liver.
