| Practice and thinking of discipline inspection and supervision in public hospitals under the mode of combining peacetime with wartime |

Abstract In the face of infectious public health emergencies, scientific medical treatment and strong political supervision are important guarantees for a comprehensive and effective response to them. Based on the research results of hospital party conduct and clean government construction inspections, bidding and procurement supervision and management, etc., this paper trigger thoughts on political supervision of public health emergencies. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the discipline inspection and supervision in peacetime and “wartime”, and puts forward the supervision countermeasures to improve the supervision efficiency. Based on the case study of the prevention and control supervision of infection in hospitals, cause to think，the discipline inspection supervision mechanism is established under the mode of combining peacetime with “wartime”.
