Opportunities and challenges of traditional Chinese medicine management personnel training from the perspective of high-quality development |

Abstract In the context of the high-quality development of higher education in the new era, the economic society and the traditional Chinese medicine industry need more compound talents related to the management of traditional Chinese medicine. This paper analyzes the profound connotation of the high-quality development of higher education in the new era, and analyzes the opportunities of traditional Chinese medicine management personnel training from the perspective of “One Belt And One Road” initiative, traditional Chinese medicine modernization and the demand generated by the development of traditional Chinese medicine industry. At the same time, this paper analyzes the challenges of training training traditional Chinese management talents from the aspects of talent training mode, talent training content and teacher ability, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen training traditional Chinese thinking, enhances talent training level and innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
