Thoughts on systemically construction of professional postgraduate degree of pharmacy based on good clinical practice |

Abstract In the context of the country’s deepening reform of the medical and health system and the vigorous implementation of the “Healthy China 2030” policy, the importance of drug clinical research related industries has become increasingly prominent. There is an increasing gap in high-end talents who master the good clinical practice (GCP). Pharmacy professional degree postgraduate students are the most important way to supplement high-level applied talents in the field of pharmaceutical applications. However, at the present stage, there are still many problem in the training of this type of postgraduate students still has insufficient understanding of curriculum teaching, weak professional training and practice models, and imperfect evaluation system of GCP background training. Combining the status of this type of postgraduate training and the needs of industry development, the author proposes to start with improving the top-level design of GCP background postgraduate courses, improving the training model, enriching teaching methods, and reforming the evaluation system. It is expected to provide new ideas for the teaching reform of this type of pharmacy professional degree postgraduate students.
