Abstract To do a good job in providing care services for infants and children under three years of age and promote the early development of infants and children has a bearing on the well-being of millions of families and the future of the country and nation. This article reviewed the childcare services in China since the founding of new China’s development and comprehensive two children policy implementation with difficulty, the contradiction between supply and demand of China’s infant and child care after introduced the country to swallow the public service, perfect the system of family support policy has taken important measures, as well as the National Health Committee takes office responsible earnestly, to play a lead role, actively promote nursery has achieved initial success, service development, and accumulated valuable experience.
