Abstract This paper discusses the innovative transformation from the combination of sports and medical treatment to the integration of sports and health in detail, and analyzes the coupling characteristics of Chinese medicine health industry and sports industry from three aspects of industry competitiveness, endurance and spread in depth. The new model of “Chinese medicine health + sports industry” with the goal of national health is built with the breakthrough of cultural ecology, national fitness, multiple coordination, educational function and artificial intelligence. And for the development of the new model of “Chinese medicine health + sports industry”, an extension path, an embedding path and a fusion path are designed, in order to further promote the prosperity and development of the large health industry through the deep integration of the Chinese medicine industry and the sports industry.
