益气养阴组方治疗气阴两虚型慢性肾炎患者的效果

Abstract Objective To analyze the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Formula in the treatment of chronic nephritis patients with deficiency of both qi and yin syndrome. Methods Eighty-six patients with chronic nephritis with deficiency of both qi and yin syndrome from January 2018 to October 2019 admitted to Department of Nephrology in Baoji Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as subjects. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into control group (41 cases) and observation group (45 cases). Control group was treated with conventional Western medicine, while observation group was treated with Yiqi Yangyin Formula for eight weeks. The renal function index, immune function index and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome curative effect were compared between two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, urine protein count, urine red blood cell count, 24-hour urine protein quantity, urea nitrogen and serum creatinine levels in observation group were lower than those before treatment and in control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, urine protein count and serum creatinine levels in control group were lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05). Total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in observation group was higher than that in control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of complement C3 and IgA in observation group were higher than those before treatment (P < 0.05), the level of complement C3 in control group was higher than that before treatment (P < 0.05), and the levels of complement C3 and IgA in observation group were higher than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Yiqi Yangyin Formula can significantly improve the renal function and immune function of chronic nephritis patients with deficiency of both qi and yin syndrome, and improve the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome.
