自拟补肾活血方治疗多囊卵巢综合征月经过少合并月经稀发的临床观察

Abstract Objective To observe the clinical effect of Selfmade Tonifying Kidney and Promoting Blood Decoction in the treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome with hypomenorrhea and oligomenorrhea. Methods From January to December 2019, 60 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome with hypomenorrhea and oligomenorrhea admitted to Hebei Hospital of Traditional Chinese medicine were selected, they were divided into two groups according to the random number table, with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was given Selfmade Tonifying Kidney and Promoting Blood Decoction, and the control group was given Yougui Capsules, they were all treated for 3 menstrual cycles. The differences in the pictorial blood loss assessment chart (PBAC) score, menstrual cycle, TCM syndrome scores and clinical efficacy between the two groups were observed. Results After treatment, the PBAC score in both groups was higher than that before treatment, and the TCM syndrome scores were lower than those before treatment. And the PBAC score in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the TCM syndrome score was significantly lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P ＜ 0.05). After treatment, the menstrual cycle of the treatment group was shorter than that before treatment (P ＜ 0.05). In the control group, there was no significant difference of menstrual cycle before and after treatment (P ＞ 0.05). After treatment, the menstrual cycle of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05). The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion The effect of Selfmade Tonifying Kidney and Promoting Blood Decoction on hypomenorrhea and oligomenorrhea in polycystic ovary syndrome is significant, which can significantly improve blood volume of menstruation, menstrual cycle and TCM symptoms.
