Abstract Scholars have studied the constitution theory of traditional Chinese medicine for decades, and the study of yang deficiency constitution occupies an important part, and its formation is influenced by both congenital and acquired aspects. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that yang deficiency constitution is easy to suffer from cold syndrome, and the formation of ovarian cancer is closely related to cold congelation and blood stasis. The formation of yang deficiency constitution is affected by parents’ constitution and qi and blood. It can also be affected by acquired exogenous cold pathogen, endogenous deficient cold and old body decline. Wind-cold enter from air, yang qi is damaged; or drinking cold, spleen yang is damaged; or because of mental disorder, dispersing liver qi, yang qi is depressed, deficient cold is produced in vivo; or because of old and feeble, the true yang insufficiency, yang deficiency constitution is formed. Yang deficiency and cold excessiveness, as well as qi deficiency, lead to blood stasis, insufficiency of vital qi, cancer grows over time, and the four are mixed into accumulation. In the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, warming yang and benefiting qi, promoting blood circulation and detoxication are used as the method. Warmly dredging drugs are often used to activate the meridian. Insect drugs are often used to promote blood circulation and eliminate accumulation, and to attack poison with poison, so as to achieve the purpose of strengthening vital qi to eliminate pathogenic factor and preventing recurrence.
